The Flyability Range
Flyability is a Swiss-based company building safe drones for operating indoors, in complex and confined spaces, and in contact with people.
By allowing drones to be safely utilised in cities, inside buildings, and in contact with people. They enable new interactions and services with UAVs and are solving two of the most critical issues of one of the fastest growing industries: collision and injury risks.
Flyability believes in pragmatic, and easy to use flying robots to solve today’s challenges and change the way they work, play and communicate.
The Flyability Elios is the first collision tolerant drone that has been designed specifically for inspection and exploration of inaccessible or potentially hazardous zones.
It comes encased in a carbon fibre protective frame, and means you can access the tightest spaces without the risk of crashing. The Elios can bounce off walls and roll on them discarding the need to sense and avoid obstacles.
The Elios comes fully equipped with a full HD camera, a thermal camera, and an onboard LED lighting system with a remotely adjustable intensity. Once these inaccessible places have been reached, you will have all the tools on board to take the best possible shot in nearly any lighting conditions.
The Flyability Elios also comes equipped with a cutting-edge wireless communication system. This provides live video feedback allowing the pilot to bring the drone to the most inaccessible places up to multiple hundreds of meters beyond the visual line of sight.
It’s unique specifications make the Flyability Elios suitable for a host of applications including:
