To operate a drone commercially in the UK you need to gain a Permission for Commercial Operations from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA PfCO Drone Training). CAA approved NQE COPTRZ CAA Drone Training Course will allow you to gain the full up-to-date package of skills, knowledge and experience needed to apply for your Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) from the CAA.
COPTRZ are now pleased to offer the opportunity to for you to take your PfCO training in separate modules.; our fully approved CAA PfCO Pilot Training course can be taken in 3 separate stages:

1 Day Flight Planning
1 Day Flight Assessment
Who is the course suitable for?
The CAA Ground School Pilot Training is perfect for anyone who wants to learn their theory, do the theory exam but then build up more flying hours before doing their flight assessment.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch will be provided. You will also be kept fully refreshed with tea and coffee throughout the day.
Is accommodation included in the course fee?
Accommodation is not included in the course fee, however, we can assist you to find a suitable place to stay close to the course venue.
What do I need to bring with me?
It is advised that you bring along your laptop or PC so that you are able to look at any websites mentioned in the course modules. We also encourage that any notes are taken on a device as we are an advocate of minimising the use of paper and our impact on the planet.

The COPTRZ CAA Drone Pilot Ground School Training will cover your theory learning and theory assessment. Your trainer will take you through the full 8 modules required by the CAA, after which you will complete a multiple choice examination.
