Martek Drones Ltd Trading as Coptrz are delighted to announce that we have gained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification from TUV UK Ltd with zero non-conformances. We are really proud to have achieved this as it reflects all the hard work we have put in. This will provide an invaluable benefit to the organisation, so few companies have an accredited ISO certificate within this industry that it really does set Coptrz apart in comparison. Having such an integrated IMS will work to improve the business and ensure that any customer requirements are managed efficiently within the right systems.
TÜV UK Ltd is one of the most respected and recognised Certifications and Inspection Bodies, providing world-class and worldwide Certification.
We chose TUV as they are UKAS accredited so they have stricter guidelines than some of the other inspection bodies who are self-regulated. We felt this was important due to the industry that we are in and as a training provider.
Gaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 shows Coptrz commitment to customer service and improving our environmental performance. The ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised Quality Management System Standard and has been adopted by over 1 million organisations across the world. We depend on our customers and therefore it’s important to us that we understand current and future customer needs. The ISO 9001 means we have a thorough system in place to meet customer requirements and as a business, we strive to exceed customer expectations.
“Congratulations to all at Coptrz on achieving certification to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
