As our Customer Service Executive, you’ll be responsible for providing world-class administrative support to allow our front line sales staff to maximise selling activity. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical advice to our customer base and provide a friendly, helpful service to ensure the customer leaves Coptrz with a fantastic impression.

The operations team covers all aspects of post-sale activity from booking orders to shipping out products and aftersales care. You will be responsible for updating our CRM system with 100% accuracy and managing all customer queries within SLA.

You will be fully trained to assist with queries from customers on all the products we offer so commitment to personal development is essential for this role.
